2.2.3.6. Implementation of measures to reduce atmospheric air pollution due to improvement of residential heating systems.

In this article, we would like to remind you that CFLA is still accepting applications for the program, which began on July 26, 2023 and will continue until September 25, 2023.

The Central Agency for Finance and Contracts (CFLA) has announced an open selection of projects, in the framework of which 3.5 million euros from the funds of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) are intended for the improvement of residential heating systems.

Projects in CFLA can be presented by owners – individuals and legal entities – of single- or multi-apartment residential houses in urban areas, where heating was previously carried out using woody biomass, for example firewood, heating (in houses with three or more apartments – also heating with coal or peat). The amount of ERDF funding available within the project cannot exceed 4,400 euros per inhabitant declared in the project of a residential house or multi-apartment house.

Two months are allotted for the preparation and submission of project applications: from July 26 to September 25, 2023. After submitting the project, the project evaluation will be carried out within three months, the implementation of the project must be carried out within a maximum of two years.

Excellent opportunity to change the heating system with government support.
