Definitions:

  • Personal data – is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).
  • Processing of personal data – is any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, with or without automated means, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or transformation, retrieval, viewing, use, disclosure , sending, distributing or otherwise making available, matching or combining, limiting, erasing or destroying.
  • Customer – a natural person (data subject) who can be directly or indirectly identified by referring to an identifier using personal data contained in a personal data processing system.
  • The “consent” of the customer is any freely given, specific, conscious and unambiguous indication of the wishes of the data subject, with which he gives his consent to the processing of his personal data in the form of a statement or a clearly affirmative action.
  • Controller – is a natural or legal person, agency or other body that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing, and also provides access to personal data.
  • Authorized person – is a natural or legal person, public institution, agency or other body, on behalf of which the controller processes personal data.
    Cookies are small text files (website browsing data) that are created and saved on the client’s device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) when visiting the websites (home pages) of SIA “Project 2050” company.
  • Legitimate interests – the legitimate interests of SIA “Project 2050” company, which are based on the offer of quality services, which is also the legal basis, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject are not more important than the legitimate interests of the company. SIA “Project 2050” company has the right to process the client’s personal data to the extent that it is objectively necessary and sufficient to ensure timely, high-quality, convenient service. Also for the establishment and support of the internal processes of the SIA “Project 2050” company in order to prevent fraud in relation to the SIA “Project 2050” company.
  • Profiling – is any type of automated processing of personal data, which manifests itself as the use of personal data for the purpose of evaluating specific personal aspects related to a natural person, in particular analyzing or predicting aspects related to the said personal wishes of the natural person: interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement . Profiling is done in order to grant bonuses, create and send individual offers, wishes, which are offered only for direct marketing (business purposes) purposes and will not cause legal consequences for the client.

Processing of personal data

  1. The SIA “Project 2050” company collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes and protects the client’s personal data based on the Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. In accordance with the current regulatory enactments that govern the data processing system of natural persons, SIA “Project 2050” company observes the following principles:
    1. SIA “Project 2050” company ensures legal, honest processing of personal data;
    2. Processing of received personal data is carried out for certain purposes;
    3. The personal data received are adequate, appropriate;
    4. Personal data received is accurate;
    5. Received personal data is not stored longer than necessary and is eliminated upon reaching the specified purpose;
    6. SIA “Project 2050” company processes personal data in compliance with the rights of natural persons;
    7. SIA “Project 2050” company ensures safe storage of personal data;
    8. SIA “Project 2050” company does not provide the received personal data to other companies or outside the European Union in accordance with safe, adequate protection, based on and in compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Lithuania and Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.

Privacy Policy

  1. The privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data of each customer and the service offered to the customer. The privacy policy provides information on how SIA “Project 2050” company collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes and protects the client’s personal data. SIA “Project 2050” company ensures legal, honest processing of the client’s personal data.

Categories of personal data processing

  1. The categories of personal data depend on the services and products used by the customer. SIA “Project 2050” company is entitled to process the following categories of personal data:
  2. Data that the client himself communicates to SIA “Project 2050” company;
  3. Name, surname, personal identification number or date of birth;
  4. Correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail address;
  5. Bank details;
  6. Video surveillance recordings and images;
  7. Communication data. Information from e-mail address – letters related to the client’s communication with the company;
    1. Cookies – data about visiting the website of SIA “Project 2050” company;
  8. If the customer does not want to allow the use of cookies, the customer can do so in the settings of his browser, however, in this case, the use of the website may be limited;
    Data, time, amount of internet browsing.

Basis of personal data processing

  1. Customer Consent. The client, as the subject of personal data, himself gives his consent (subject’s consent) to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes, the client’s consent is his free will and independent decision, which can be given/withdrawn at any time, thus allowing SIA “Project 2050” company to process personal data data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing or the quality of services received based on consent prior to withdrawal.
  2. The legitimate interests of SIA “Project 2050” company, which are based on the offer of quality services. SIA “Project 2050” company has the right to process the client’s personal data to the extent that it is objectively necessary and sufficient to ensure timely, high-quality, convenient service. As well as for the creation and support of the internal processes of SIA “Project 2050” company.
  3. Fulfillment of legal obligations of SIA “Project 2050” company. SIA “Project 2050” company is entitled to process the client’s personal data in order to fulfill the requirements of regulatory acts, to provide answers to legal requests of the state and local government.
  4. Conclusion and execution of the contract. In order to provide quality services and service to the client, SIA “Project 2050” company collects and processes certain personal data that is collected before the conclusion of the contract or during the already concluded contract.
    Implementation of public interests or execution of official powers. SIA “Project 2050” company is entitled to process personal data. In such cases, the basis for personal data processing is included and described in regulatory acts.
  5. When processing the Client’s personal data, the “Project 2050” SIA company can perform profiling in order to grant bonuses, to send automated individual offers, which are offered only for business purposes and will not cause legal consequences for the client.

Purposes for processing personal data

  1. For concluding and executing the contract with the client;
  2. To assess the client’s ability to fulfill contractual obligations;
  3. Effective cash flow management, including customer payment and debt administration;
  4. To provide technical support in connection with the services provided;
  5. For video surveillance security purposes and to protect the legitimate interests of SIA “Project 2050” company (to ensure property security);
  6. To promote the development of the industry and offer new services;
  7. For statistical data processing and market analysis.

Collection of personal data

  1. SIA “Project 2050” company obtains the client’s personal data when the client:
    1. Sign up to receive news from SIA “Project 2050” company;
    2. Purchases and uses products or services from SIA “Project 2050” company;
    3. Participates in contests, lotteries or surveys;
    4. Visits or browses SIA “Project 2050” company websites;
    5. It is filmed with video surveillance equipment;
  2. SIA “Project 2050” company and its authorized persons, based on the Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, are entitled to process the customer’s personal data received from third parties (e.g. from a leasing company), if the customer has agreed to it;
  3. SIA “Project 2050” company and their authorized persons, based on the Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, are entitled to process the customer’s personal data received from the customer.

Period of storage of personal data

  1. SIA “Project 2050” company is entitled to process and store personal data until:
    1. As long as the customer’s consent to the processing of personal data has not been withdrawn;
    2. A deadline is required for the realization and protection of the legitimate interests of SIA “Project 2050” company;
    3. The period of storage of personal data is determined by regulatory acts;
    4. Contractual obligations between the client and SIA “Project 2050” company are valid;
    5. Until the purpose of using personal data is achieved, which was determined at the time of its receipt.

Sharing of Personal Data

  1. SIA “Project 2050” company provides the client’s personal data only to the necessary and sufficient extent in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts and taking into account the objective circumstances of the specific situation;
  2. In case of necessity, SIA “Project 2050” company to transfer the customer’s personal data to authorized persons of SIA “Project 2050” company, based on Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 and/or to partners, agents, service suppliers involved in the products ordered or used by the customer and for ensuring and improving the quality of services;
  3. SIA “Project 2050” company has the right to transfer the client’s personal data to law enforcement authorities, other state and local government authorities, if it follows from regulatory enactments or the relevant authority’s request for information.

Protection of personal data

  1. In order to protect the client’s personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure, SIA “Project 2050” company uses modern technologies, complies with technical and organizational requirements;
  2. SIA “Project 2050” company carefully checks all authorized persons, partners, agents, service providers, company employees who process the client’s personal data, and also evaluates the application of appropriate security measures and the storage of personal data in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts;
  3. SIA “Project 2050” company does not take responsibility for any unauthorized access to personal data and/or loss of personal data, if it does not depend on SIA “Project 2050” company (e.g. due to the client’s fault and/or negligence).

Customer rights

  1. The customer has the right to refuse to receive commercial notices at any time and to object to the profiling of his personal data;
  2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of personal data processing and/or the quality of services received, which are based on consent prior to withdrawal;
  3. The customer has the right to correct all available personal data about himself;
  4. The customer has the right to request the deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data, the processing of which is no longer necessary in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected and processed (the right “To be forgotten”) by submitting a submission.
  5. The client has the right to obtain information about those natural or legal persons who have received information about this client;
  6. The customer has the right to receive or transfer his personal data to another data controller (“data portability”). This right includes only the data that the customer has provided to SIA “Project 2050” based on his consent or contract, and if the processing is performed automatically. In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, it is necessary to submit a written application.
